Presenter Profile

Lance Marsh, Head of Performance & Professor of Acting in OCU’s School of Theatre, is an accomplished director and member of Actor’s Equity Association. He holds an MFA in Acting from UW-Madison and teaches many acting courses, including Chekhov, Shakespeare, Greek Tragedy and Audition Workshop. Acting credits include work at: Berkeley Repertory Theatre, California Shakespeare Festival, Next Act Theatre, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Arizona Repertory Theatre, Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre, American Players Theatre, and more. He was a founding company member of Central Works Theatre Ensemble and the founding Artistic Director of Summerset Theatre in Wisconsin. Currently he serves as Associate Artistic Director for Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park. He directed a finalist production nominated to go to the Kennedy Center in the American College Theatre Festival and has directed and adapted shows for OCU and co-productions with Oklahoma City Rep and OK Shakespeare.
