Tyrick Wiltez Jones has appeared in the Broadway productions of Finian’s Rainbow (Howard) and Hairspray. National Tours: Seussical, Fosse, Show Boat. NY/Regional credits: A Chorus Line, Dreamgirls, Chicago, Soup Soap & Salvation, and the New York City Center ‘ENCORES!’ production of Finian’s Rainbow (Henry). Concert credits: PHISH 2011 New Year’s Eve concert at Madison Square Garden (featured singer/dancer), Mary Wilson of the Supremes Motown/Rock and Roll North America Tour (featured background singer), US Premiere of Sacred Ellington starring Jessye Norman with the Carnegie Hall ‘HONOR’ Series. Tyrick received 2015 Detroit Broadway World awards for Best Actor in Once on This Island and Best Choreographer for his work on The Bikinis. He has been featured in many readings/workshops in NYC and has made numerous film and TV appearances throughout the U.S. and Europe. Back to Me, an Independent Short he starred in, traveled the Film Festival Circuits. He choreographed Shimmer and Shine on Nickelodeon and he also worked as Assistant Choreographer for the film Joyful Noise with Queen Latifah & Dolly Parton. Tyrick’s voice was heard singing background off-Broadway in John Tartaglia’s Imaginocean. A popular NYC Triple Threat Arts Educator, Tyrick teaches Master Classes all across the US and particularly enjoys working with young, up-and-coming performers through programs like Broadway Artists Alliance of NYC, where he has been on the faculty for the past 12 years. www.BroadwayArtistsAlliance.org,  www.tyrickwiltezjones.com
