Audition Acting

Students should prepare two monologues, one contemporary and one Shakespeare verse, to work on with Jennifer Rincon. The workshop will focus on selection of material and how to make an audition authentic acting. Text analysis and the Five Questions will be the foundation for this workshop. Students may also speak with Ms. Rincon about applying for colleges, conservatories and professional companies nationwide. Ms. Rincon is a graduate of Yale University and the Yale School of Drama Directing Program and was the Head of Acting at the National Theatre Conservatory from 1991 - 2008. She is currently the Co-Artistic Director with theatre and film actor Bill Pullman at Visionbox Studio in Denver.
