CASTING CALL: THE CHORUS
Congratulations! You've just been cast in the Chorus of your school's musical! You are now part of the most powerful convention of the musical theatre form. In addition to your Triple Threat skills, the Chorus demands your focus, active listening, responding and, often, your versatility in portraying different characters within one show. This sixty-minute session will empower your ability as an actor to find, sustain, and deliver to the challenge of Chorus work. Be ready to move, take direction, and make active and engaging choices. This session is a workout. Note - we will not be learning any music or choreography but you will be staging parts of various musical numbers which you can sing along with if you know the show(s) we'll be working on.
