In this workshop we will dive into how large theatrical tours happen. The logistical challenges. The time realities. How we move 20 trucks worth of gear throughout North America, and fit it into tiny theatres in two and a half days. We will focus on Phantom of the Opera, as it is a show that I have worked on, and have materials for. But we will have an expansive conversation about how the touring industry operates. The jobs that exist. And the fiscal and personal realities of that lifestyle.
